Our Art group decided to meet every monday morning this year and create some art. Here is the result from our first few times. We started with a gessoed watercolor background for texture and added multiple colors. It was alot of fun. Cant wait for next Monday!

Trish, I love your blog...especially the collage...probably one of my favorite medias! Your trip to Alask sounds fantastic--my husband and I would love to go one day...we have several friends who went and loved it. One even went motorhoming on their own and said that was really the way to see the sites. What grades do you teach? I am a retired 4th grade teacher...who wasn't an art teacher, but wish they had been, but loved to do art in my class room. I now teach children at the gallery where I work part time and love it!
